Payments
All projects require a deposit (typically 50%) before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final delivery of assets. Custom payment terms may be arranged and agreed upon in writing.
Revisions
Each service includes a set number of revisions, as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be communicated beforehand.
Intellectual Property
Final, approved deliverables become your property once full payment is received. Siglo Tech reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Turnaround Time
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness and scope changes. We will communicate delays promptly and work collaboratively to meet agreed deadlines.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the creative nature of our work, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is canceled before completion, you may be billed for work completed up to that point.
